With more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity and emerging technology, Meghan has helped organizations translate complex risk and regulatory challenges into practical, scalable strategies. Her career spans product strategy, risk program design, and global education initiatives, with a consistent focus on making governance actionable.
Meghan holds a Doctor of Business Administration, where her research examined the impact of artificial intelligence on neuroinclusion in the cybersecurity industry. This research continues to inform her approach to AI governance, emphasizing that responsible technology must account for both technical controls and human impact.
She has played a key role in advancing AI governance practices, including contributing to AI certification programs and developing professional education on AI governance for global audiences.

Beyond cybersecurity and risk, Meghan is deeply committed to inclusion and leadership development. She founded the Women in Leadership Program at RiskOptics to support career growth for women in technology and actively mentors through organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, ISACA's SheLeadsTech program, and the Cyber Guild’s Diverse Minds Movement.
Her work in this space earned her the 2023 SC Media Women in Cybersecurity Award, and the 2024 and 2025 ISACA Innovative Solution Award.
